Subscription Plans and Payments#
Pricing
Subscription fees are described on our pricing page. We may change pricing at any time, with at least 30 days notice for existing subscriptions.
Billing
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- All fees are exclusive of taxes (which you are responsible for paying)
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Acceptable Use#
You agree NOT to use our Services to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Engage in unauthorized data scraping
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Services without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Interfere with the Services' security or operation
- Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use AI agents in ways that violate ethical guidelines
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property#

All content, features, and functionality of the Services (including software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks) are the exclusive property of Evolv Ai or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any of our IP without written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create using our Services ("Your Content"). By using our Services, you grant Evolv Ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Services to you.
We do not use Your Content to train AI models.
Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.
Privacy#
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described.
Third-Party Services#
Our Services may integrate with third-party tools (Slack, Google, GitHub, etc.). Your use of those tools is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers#
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI-generated outputs will be accurate or fit for any purpose
- Defects will be corrected immediately
You assume all risk for use of AI outputs in business decisions.
Limitation of Liability#
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Evolv Ai SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnification#
You agree to indemnify and hold Evolv Ai harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the Services
- Your Content infringing third-party rights
- Your violation of any law
Termination#
By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your account is inactive for over 12 months
- We discontinue the Services
- Required by law
Upon termination, your access ends immediately. We may delete your data after 30 days.
Dispute Resolution#
Informal Resolution

Arbitration
Any unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
